On the last day of class, I like to make a big deal and honor each child for their accomplishments.  I hand out a certificate to each child and we often do a class picture.  Some of the families have a collection of them posted on the bedroom wall.  I will place a link here and you can download the Powerpoint file and customize it for your own classes!
